Gloomy. A stranger comes into a lonely house and soon there's suspicious looks. The master of the house is often too drunken to think clearly and that causes many ugly situations between him, his wife and the stranger.

This is may be too gloomy movie for some. Because of its subject it's heavy but also the oldish way to tell certain things can make it somewhat difficult to watch.

TRIVIA: This was not only Hannu Leminen's but also old Aku Korhonen's last movie. Mr. Korhonen won a Jussi prize for his role in this movie.
