This is a romantical comedy of a young lady Vuokko (Eila Peitsalo), who escapes from her summer home to search a criminal. Vuokko doesn't fear a thing and travels to a small island, where she meets a stranger (Tauno Palo). Is this stranger the criminal or somebody else - that's pretty much the point of the whole movie.

It's clear that this is a movie of one idea. However, for the lovers of romantical comedies it can be all what they want. Tauno Palo looks a bit too old to be nothing but a daddy for Eila Peitsalo's character. However, Ms. Peitsalo does her best to fade this thought away from the viewer's mind.
