A rarely seen sequel for the movie Radio tekee murron. Hannes Häyrinen plays again reporter Toivo Teräsvuori, who wants to go where action is. Of course it gets himself into a trouble again - this time people think he's crazy. So, suddenly he finds himself from a looney bin. The life in there is not easy but that's just another scoop for him.

Ritva Arvelo plays this time Mrs. Teräsvuori. Her role is to be again that calming and less funny person, when other make fun of things. The actors give many hilarious perfomances, but the script is not as good as in the first movie.
