A hilarius story about young guys who wanna be real rockstars. The summer is hot, as the title says, and the music is rough as sand.

All the young dudes in the movie are almost amateurs but they do still fine job. The dialogue sounds realistic and everything in the movie looks well-thinked. It's a joy to watch this kind of a movie.
