Mr. Paul-Anders Simma is a talented director, who has done much for the Saame people (as one of them) in Lappland by his films. Mr. Simma spent his youth in Sweden, where he learned to make movies. He started with children movies in late 1980's (Rabakanajaht Teispool Ööd ja Päevä, 1988 - the title is in Saame).
