Conductor, composer

A man, who brought a lot of foreign impulses into the Finnish music. Mr. Fougstedt was better known in 1940's and 1950's than nowadays. When he was composing, he always succeed to add humour in his works. One of his now-famous students was composer Leif Segerstam.
