In 1990's - Kummeli was running on tv. Short, funny stories made by four, extremely hilarious guys. This movie is mostly the same. We go through different episodes, some of them keeps going on through the whole movie. There's no real plot.

The tv serie was something that may not feel like comedy for a foreigner. The movie is a bit better than the serie, but still you have to know something about Finnish culture before you can really understand it. The movie has also a sequel, Kummeli kultakuume.
