If we look back in Finnish film history, there's many films of lumberjacks and farces. This is one of many. Again, there's a romance. A doctor recommends to a cityman a peaceful half-year as lumberjack on the countryside. Cityman goes there, tells everybody that he's somebody else and helps his friend to find his girl.

A very simple film in every way. Nothing special in it but maybe somebody wants still to pay some interest into the shots that represent old Finnish lumberjack culture.
