A remake of an old story. A couple of young guys goes to swimming and lose their clothes. Soon everybody think that they are some criminals because they can't prove who they are and police is after an escaped prisoner on the very same area where these two guys lost their clothes. Of course there's a romance or two too. Loud acting, not so funny gags... Boring.

TRIVIA: This was the third film version of the story. It has been shot also in 1931 and 1940.
